Refund Policy

1) Digital products

Leonoli sells digital products, including structured communication systems, starter modules, templates, and downloadable resources.

Delivery is digital only and may take place by access link, email, download, workspace access, or a combination of these.

2) Our 7-day fair-use refund policy

We offer a 7-day fair-use refund policy on eligible purchases.

A refund request may be considered if:

  • the product was not accessed or meaningfully used;
  • you experienced a genuine technical issue that prevented access; or
  • the purchase was made in error, for example a duplicate purchase.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case and must be made within 7 days of purchase.

3) Situations where refunds are usually not available

Refunds will usually not be granted where:

  • the product has been substantially accessed, downloaded, duplicated, or used;
  • the request is based on preference, change of mind, or no longer needing the product;
  • the product was purchased for immediate professional or commercial use and has already been used in that context;
  • the purchaser failed to review the product description, format, or compatibility information before buying.

4) Faulty, inaccessible, or not-as-described digital content

Nothing in this policy affects any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

If a digital product is faulty, not as described, or cannot be accessed because of a genuine issue on our side, please contact us at info@leonoli.com.

Where appropriate, we may first offer a fix, replacement, or restored access. If that is not possible or not reasonable, a partial or full refund may be provided in line with applicable law and the circumstances of the purchase.

5) Immediate access and cancellation rights

Our products are digital content supplied online, and access is often provided immediately after purchase.

Where you expressly request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that this affects your cancellation rights, the usual 14-day cancellation right may not apply once supply has begun.

This does not affect your rights if digital content is faulty, not as described, or otherwise subject to a legal remedy.

6) How to request a refund

Email us within 7 days of purchase at info@leonoli.com.

Please include:

  • your order number or order confirmation;
  • the email address used at checkout;
  • a short explanation of the issue; and
  • if relevant, details of any technical problem you experienced.

We aim to respond within 2 business days.

7) Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with access or billing, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it promptly.

Unnecessary or abusive chargebacks after product access or use may result in access being revoked where appropriate.
